Satirical weekly edited by the German Charles Becker (1834-1884). The weekly could only be published in unregular intervals because of the numerous lawsuits started against its publisher. It has changed titles serveral times over the years: Thill Eulenspiegel and D'Uoreg Zongen. were alternative titles.
