The monthly bulletin founded in April 1917 by the “Ligue des patriotes luxembourgeois à l'étranger” and published in Switzerland was aimed at Luxemburgers living in Switzerland. The initiative was launched by Nicolas Weyrich (1871-1936), chancellor of the University of Fribourg and mainly served to foster Luxembourg’s independence and freedom.
